Parking in Barbon, the route heads out past the church and through the Barbon Estate where it quickly gains height up to Castle Knott at 536m. There is then some descent which is annoying and across a boggy moor before the steady climb up to the summit and the nicely decorated Trig Point. The weather was dreadful with strong wind and driving rain, combined with low cloud made for a tedious walk but it's done and I never need to do it again! Being just 2,000 feet it was a late entry into the list and so needed to be done, otherwise I would never have bothered.
